Quality goal.. The ol' one-two is still the hardest move to defend against.
We used to call it the "Wall pass" coz we used to be given a ball and told to kick the ball against the wall at a target from a specific spot and move to a 2nd spot to collect it and return it again. Very tiring, but helped your first touch, second touch and movement.
Many a time I would practice for hours at home against the side of my house and usually got licks from my Mum coz my Dad worked nights and I'd be keeping him awake
