No problem. Today is the final and most important day, with big rival clashes.

Jamaica "Champs" enters its final day today. If you are a track and field fan, then you have to tune in around mid-day today for the action. There will be about 35,000 specattors in the stadium today no doubt.

Ato Boldon on the commentary team.

Yeah Champs is epic and more people worldwide will see it live today than ever before on Sportsmax and online. With the way yesterday went, and the close team battle on both sides, the 4x400s might be some for the ages.

101st running of CHAMPS today

www.livestream.com/champsonsportsmax

Starts at 230pm TT/East coast US time.

The commentators says his name is Delano Williams, I don't think he's Jamaican but from one of the other islands but is going to school in Jamaica and benefitting from their excellent school coaching system!

Yeah, he's definitely one to watch, great techinical run for such a youngster!

The caribbean is blessed with great athletes...I think the other islands should look to get their athletes into Schools in Jamaica to get them ready for the international competition. Lets face it, Jamaica has good coaches and good infrastructure to support development of young athletes.

Williams is good and he is from Turks and Caicos.  He did not have a great start in the 100 but come on strong at the end and finished third - race was won by Jazeel Murphy.

Jazzy just coming back from injury. He ran 20.97s in the 200m 2 years ago...faster than the winning time at Champs last weekend.
