Well done to all our athletes!!!! Solid results. Semoy Hackett... keep on at it- yes it was wind aided but that just shows that she will be running at least low 11.1s possibly quicker later on in the season. If Ayanna is making the most of her training at MVP she should be running in the 11.2 range at least. Put an in shape Michelle L-A or fully fit Kai Selvon have Kelly on the 2nd leg on the team and that's a solid 100m relay team for the champs/olympics. Some great baton passes and that's a potential bronze.

Yeah I agree. This year will be interesting. I have a feeling this will be T&Ts best year in track.

I agree with both of you- this year provied everyone is healthy will be a bess year lol. I'm hoping next year will be even better. The more both improve the better the the team will be and i hope Kai selvon(she has already run 23.38 into a -2 point m/s headwind this year) can be in the mix as well. That will be a great young team.

The women's relay team needs to get a plan together to run in Europe this year. Time to improve on 2009's showing both time and place wise

I can answer that and it's most likely a resounding NO but props to them if they do and I take back what i say BUT i still believe I'm right. Great idea though Ato- shame the wrong people are in the right places.
