I could only imagine that the ref either didn't see it, or was so shocked, she didn't know what to do.
I glad is 3 European refs in the game. There always seems to me to be an suggestion that refs from the smaller countries and federations aren't as competent.

Still waiting for the half time show to actually analyze the game they watching and not just show some goals and then talk about all kind of other things.

It does be more than just a suggestion.  Dey does kill me wit dat talk.  Dey forget graham poll was a big ref from a not-so-smaller country.

this should be a great game, the weather is low the grass is wet from the rain and now they have to play harder and smarter this game because they know that the first game even though won was a let down to them

Gol 1-0 Brasil Marta. She made sure that she didn't touch her and she fell on her own. Heard the boos to go with it

Nah boy, I only saw it on dah last replay.  Marts shove de gyul on de ground oui.....shoulda be a foul.  But dem Danes usin' dey body well to try and enforce some kinda physical superiority.

For some reason the Brasil ladies looking heavy and slow on the ball. They not crisp in their efforts at all.

The officiating in this game is not up to par, kinda suspect in some cases....as I type 2 players looked like they were feeling up each other... :rotfl:

the ref could have called it either way cause the ball wasn't playable for the defender

Chow is Norwegians amigo not Danes :) Just drop in to check the score and see the goal. Two fouls on that goal and no call.

ofc the usa play very physcial, go back over the course of their 20+ year hegemony. This is what you call cause and effect response by other teams to physical ones. And its just not the usa that does it. Its a tactic normally employed by less technical teams against technical opposition  to throw their rhythm off. some times it works well some times it doesn't. Sometimes you get some teams that are both.
