Yuh eyes didn't deceive yuh too bad... it was close between the most forward English player and the second to las Japanese defender... arguably (if she was offside) yuh could say she was interfering with play. But it was close enough to have not been called offside, and even less likely that she 'interfered' enough to call it. That was always Yankey ball.

Nigeria are playing well for the most part....they're stringing some good passes together and look good moving forward, but their lack of composure in the 18 yard box denied them at least a goal.
