I was able to recover the first half by using an Undelete program as I had actually completed the "stop and save" at the end of the half (when it crashed though it didn't send the files to the recycle bin but actually deleted them). However, I was having internet troubles during the first half so the video skips and is not seekable (no fast forwarding). I can upload this if anyone is interested. I doubt I'd be able to get the second half back as that never actually completed. None of this would have happened if C hadn't switched from WM-based stream to Flash.
