My favourite races of the 2011 World Athletics Champs so far are:-

1. Mens 400m final with Kirani naturally beating the US drug-ban let off!

2. Mens 10,000m final with the Ethiopian pepping the Brit favourite!

3. Womens 100m final with our KAB winning her first major medal;
What a close race between 2nd & 4th places! All top 4 ladies are champs in their own right!

4. Womens 400m final with Felix running new PB but still coming 2nd!

Biggest disappointments so far:-
RT not even making the Mens 100m final and Bolt false starting and not running in the final, he lost me money!!

so far its Womens 100m BUT I think the Womens 200m will be my favourite  simply because its unpredictable and there are three women who can beat each other on any given day. V.C Brown, Alyson Felix and Jeter. That race should be close.

I could see why people will anticipate teh womens 200m because its expected to be a real close race..buh for me my favourite is the mens 400m. In general this year Worlds was not exciting for me.

They have to Beat jeter in that race..plain and simple.  She is 100 champ and eh have ah ting to lose...she go be in front, dey have to catch she to win.  Not saying she will win, but who win have to run past she!

I don't think Jeter will be in front. VCB starts way better in the deuce than she does in the 100m and is a master of the curve. Nevertheless it will be a battle royale.

One VERY important thing to note is that every WC 200m that Felix has won over VCB she did not double, while VCB did. Thus giving her the edge of fresh legs. This time the playing field if more even abd the Queen already look deadly in thise heats. The semis in six hours time will reveal alot as both ladies are in the same heat.

I backing Jeter...She WILL be in front, and they WILL have to pass her.  truss me  Jeter run a PB this year and she ready!

I reckon it will be close between vcb and jeets off the curve I duno who to pick. I also think Shalonda Solomon may be able to pip Felix for a medal but again not sure either. Let's wait and see- that 400 MUST have talent a lot out of her. First time I've seen her on the tack after a race hmmm....

Just watching the semi race and jeets looks in crazy form... she may double unless vcb/Allyson on a serious mission to taker her down
