Interesting remix. Has more of an Island Pop than a Soca feel to it but not bad at all.

Thanks man. I wasn't sure what I would come up with when I started. This was done on a train heading to NYC.

I think this is the most remixed song for T&T Carnival 2013.

Yours is about the 10th "Differentology" remix I have heard but it is different from all the others that I have heard.

It may help the artist concerned to get their name out to a wider music market but it does nothing to help promote actual Soca music to that market/audience.

Socapro, I agree somewhat. From what I've experienced it has allowed for some international ears to be a bit more accepting of a different version of 'soca'. It may not be as ideal as we would like but it has had some effect. This is me speaking from my experience in Vancouver, BC.

Richard, good mix and continue what you doing. I find the socalled House Music is that version of some of the soca. i have listen to some South African and Angolan House music and you would swear that the music was Trini/WI. There is a guy on Utube called Mafie Zouker, who does wonderful zouk mix to pop song. But keep on mixixng the soca you will get the right formula and you will beecome a super star.
