Darrel clearly is not in shape as evidenced by his 22+ 200m in Florida last month. Thes 10.4s and 10.5s he's running cannot surprise anyone if he can't break 22 over 200m. Conditioning is waaay off. Let's see how much he can improve by before Trials

Who is he being coached by in the States?

I'm not sure he's in the States. I assumed he was still home like last season

Well if he is still home, he wasting real time and money to travel all the way to the states to get his a$$ buss. Lets see if he shows up at the Quantum invite next weekend.

Ok let me be serious here for a minute.

Darrel's real problem has always been those around him, aka his father.

His father made it seem like his son is the second coming, wanted no advice from anyone, felt everyone who gave constructive criticism was jealous and wanted somehow to keep his son down!

FACTS!

You know the scene self, he reaping he crops now, is a pitty he son have to suffer for it. Been around him long enough.

Great to see Semoy run that time. She's rounding into form nicely as is Kai hopefully they can both stay healthy so that the relay will be great.

I predicted that this young man will run the A standard and get in the low 45s. Sub 45 coming soon.... Looks as if we will have 3 reps in the 400m for London. 4x400 is looking more and more good.

Women's 4x100m looks better. Really happy for Semoy since she looked a bit off since returning from her ban.

That's a BIG BIG BIG run from Lendore! Might be the breakout local athlete for 2012 so far

Ditto the W4x1. With three quarters of the team already having a collective 0.17s individual improvement of the flat 100m and a PB likely to come from KAB, they can seriously entertain the thought of running sub-42.2

Wowzers!!! 45.13.... and only a freshman. Hope he finishes his degree first, great time and looks like he can go sub 45 by NCAA's. The men's 400n is looking great this year! I know he may not do well in the individual 400 after this long college season so I'm looking for him to do well in the relay. I hope Lalonde Gordon can get back into form because he is a great addition to the team.

I've been waiting for Wayne to produce and he's finally come through. Hope he can keep improving!

Ok guys....
Ayanna Alexander jumped 14.14m- really proud of her for getting over 14m and now all she needs is some consistency but I got what I wanted and that was to see her jump over 14 because she's been so near for the past few years.
