Alamo Rent A Car and National Car Rental Brands Enter Trinidad and Tobago.

License Agreement Between Enterprise Holdings and Neal & Massy Automotive Ltd. Expands Rental Car Options in Caribbean.

PORT-OF-SPAIN, TRINIDAD AND TOBAGO--(Marketwire -04/26/12)- Enterprise Holdings in partnership with Neal & Massy Automotive Ltd. announced at a ribbon-cutting ceremony today the opening of three new Alamo Rent A Car and National Car Rental locations in Trinidad and Tobago.

The partnership between Enterprise Holdings and Neal & Massy includes a multi-territory agreement with locations in Port of Spain at Piarco International Airport, Morvant and in Tobago at the A.N.R. Robinson International Airport.

"We are excited about our new locations in Trinidad and Tobago, and we are very pleased to be partnering with Neal & Massy as we expand operations in the Caribbean," said Jerry Smith, vice president of franchise operations with Enterprise Holdings. "Our loyal customers traveling to Trinidad and Tobago will have access to brands they know and trust, and we are eager to serve them in more locations in the Caribbean and around the world."

Speaking to government ministries and ministers, chamber of commerce staff, and travel and hospitality executives in attendance at the ribbon-cutting ceremony, David O'Brien, senior vice president and executive chairman of Neal & Massy Automotive Ltd., stated, "The expansion of Alamo and National into Trinidad and Tobago brings two trusted brands to the area. Together, we look forward to the opportunity to provide the highest level of customer service to visitors and residents."

The three new locations are open at Piarco International Airport, Morvant and A.N.R. Robinson International Airport, Tobago. All three locations are currently accepting reservations online at Alamo and National.

Alamo is a recognized technology innovator, with the industry's first and only online check-in system since 2005. Customers who join "Alamo Insiders" are guaranteed at least a 10 percent discount off retail rates when booking on Alamo.com. When a promotional rate is available that surpasses 10 percent off the retail rates, Alamo Insiders will automatically receive the best available rate.

In 2011, National earned the "Leading Edge Award" from Executive Travel magazine recognizing the company as the top rental car service in the travel industry. In addition, National Car Rental's Emerald Club was selected as the winner of the 2011 Best Rental Car Loyalty Program in the second annual Editors' Choice Awards by SmarterTravel, the largest online travel resource of independent expert advice for the budget-conscious traveler. This is the second year that National received the honor, and was recognized for its "Emerald Aisle" service and numerous customer benefits, including expedited rentals.

Currently, through its regional subsidiaries, Enterprise Holdings owns and operates the National Car Rental and Alamo Rent A Car brands, as well as its flagship Enterprise Rent-A-Car brand in North America. The company also operates the Enterprise Rent-A-Car brand in the UK, Germany and Ireland, and a franchise network that operates the National and Alamo brands throughout the Americas. Earlier this year, Enterprise Holdings acquired Citer SA in France and Atesa in Spain, made a strategic investment in China-based eHi Auto Services, and franchised the Alamo and National brands in Brazil through Unidas Rent a Car.

About Enterprise Holdings

Alamo, Enterprise and National -- which swept Executive Travel magazine's 2011 "Leading Edge Awards" for the top three car rental brands in the travel industry -- collectively lead with more than one-third of all airport business in the United States and Canada. Enterprise Holdings' worldwide network includes more than 7,700 neighborhood and airport locations, with 6,000 offices located within 15 miles of 90 percent of the U.S. population -- and more than twice as many locations as Enterprise Holdings' nearest U.S. competitor.
