I just read that, sadly I'm not surprised...I can't really figure out what happened to the BVI.  They were never a power in the region but they've just been getting embarrassed recently.  Last Caribbean Cup they lost 17-0 to Dominican Republic and 10-0 to Dominica.  They did just beat Anguilla in a friendly, so maybe the senior team is at least coming around (not that beating Anguilla is a major thing).

The BVI certainly needs to go back to the drawing. Did they bring their U-14 team? Anyway, this may be the biggest score ever recorded for an official match in the TT. The last big score if I remeber correctly was QRC 22-0 vs Asja in 66 or 67. Any QRC alum. from that period could correct me on that. But,  good going fellas!

Serious! Who benefits from this? CFU need to have some type of seeding where these teams playoff an then meet the likes of T&T, JA, Haiti etc.

I'll have to say T&T benefits from this more. They learning to put the ball in the back of the net.

It could have been 6-0 with 17 missed opportunities

Our teams have been playing terrible lately and finding it hard pressed to beat anybody so when yuh could blaze ah team...

With this win T&T is practically in the second round with 6 points and + 25 goals.

For T&T not to make it, Suriname will have to win against BVI by at least 23 goals while T&T  lose to Guyana by at least 3 goals..Well, that's very unlikely to happen.

I guess it's over in T&T.

The True test for T&T will begin in the next round where they will face group winners Cuba, Haiti, Jamaica & Group 5 winners ( St. Kitts/Barbados/Grenada)..

Final score was 3-1 in favor of Trini, good news is that we won the game, bad news is that we struggled to put 5 passes together. We've got allot of work to do especially when they encounter teams in the next round of qualification. Most outstanding player was Garcia (froggy)....Bless!

Why am i not surprised?

T&T have plenty talent, but what they need now is ah plant to refine that talent, then and onlyt then would we be a world force to recon with, and oh yeh, those plant are called academies, and we don't have a single one!  how shameful for a country with the 3rd highest GDP in the west.
