Don't know of any free software.  Replay Media Catcher will definitely do it and Jaksta probably will as well, those probably both cost about $25.  RTMPDump if free and can probably do it but unless you are pretty advanced with computers that will be tough.  If you are looking to download Euro 2012 matches I can provide you with some links if you'd like off of FBTZ.com, most have the British feed so you won't have to deal with the American crap too.
