Ade Alleyne-Forte needs to run much faster than 46.12 on the 3rd leg in the final this evening otherwise our chance of a medal will be gone!

I guess this means that the relay management team believes Ade will do a better/quicker job on the 3rd leg than Cedenio then?  :-\

Let's hope they are right as Ade was definitely the weakest link in our relay quad in the 4x400m relay Heats yesterday morning.

I believe GB has an extra half a second in them. I honestly believe it's between GB and TT for the Bronze.

However, TT hasn't had this good a chance in the 4x4 for a long time. J'ca is out, the US is riddle with injuries and even GB didn't expect to get into the finals.

Not impressed by Bledman. He runs too much like a robot. A medal will be difficult on that evidence.

Relay team needs to be back in the order of KB > MB >> EC > RT; please send them the memo NOW!!!

I will have more confidence in us having better passes and running a better time to hopefully secure at least a bronze medal in the final with our more regular order with RT anchoring!

Bledman is obviously not in the same form as he was before his injury!!

Please squash that experiment with RT leading off and Bledman anchoring as it slows us down!  >:(

I am even prepared to consider Sorrillo leading off in place of Bledman in the final as his form has dropped off considerably since his injury!

Maybe we should go with the line up and order we had at Crystal Palace.

Hope we get a decent lane in the final but I doubt it now with that 3rd place run!  >:(

Ain't that our season best, though? Allyuh acting like we underachieve. We run almost a full second faster than we ever run this season.
Is Japan that was surprising. There best before now was 38.69.
