II believe we could have done better than Ukraine. From the time Michelle held onto the Ukrainian I knew if KAB got that baton it would be over pity we didn't. All the best for next year aye... KAB must be hurting-3rd Olympics this has happened. She needs to keep strong!

Well done bronze to the men! If we had Renny we coulda done better but shoulda woulda coulda I'm proud of them for winning a medal!

I just realized NR woop woop!!!

Always been brother, check your history. I still believe Cedenio would have run a stronger 3rd leg to keep us in closer contact with the first 2. That coach had no balls to make the decision. Thanks for the bronze, equals the feat in 1964

It looks like Lalonde was tired YET...with pure grit and determination he led us through a very good and important lead off.

this fella is the real facking deal.

As for Cedenio..I think the coaches decision has been vindicated.

BS - Vindicate doh make it right.

Just to make it fair, a week from now after Alleyne-Forte rests up, I bet Cedenio will beat the pants off of Alleyne-Forte in an open 400m, he did so in the Nat'l Champs and should have taken his rightful place in the relay.

Lalonde definitely has to go down as one of our greatest athletes. He definitely showed his leadership qualities to captain T&T to our first medals in the 400 and 4x400 in almost 40 years. The government BETTER recognize this guy in the same manner as they recognized Thompson.

Congrats 4x400 team. You gave us hope after seeing the women foul up.

Not to belabour the point, the Express reporter would have reported as much (Cedenio off form), especially since they mentioned that Alleyne-Forte's leg gave up position in the semis.

Anyway I hope Cedenio gets an opportunity 4 years from now if we still have a strong contingent, because things can happen.

Solomon did an awesome job. He will be running low 45 and sub 45 soon. His split has to be close to sub 45.

Alleyene-Forte did well. Certainly redeemed himself from yesterday.

Lendore is going to be a star soon.
