we going and spend 10 Billion TT (addtl 3 billion due to unforeseen circumstances), and we really will pull back 3 billion TT. As we thought the original estimate of return was US, and wasn't as big as we originally thought, otherwise we wouldna do it..I reiterate,We are not stupid....anyway, here is another project that will lead us into the 21 st century..we will start this one as early as nex year blah..blah...blahh
