Problems not highlighted in the Belize Match
« on: March 24, 2013, 08:10:46 PM »
Problems not highlighted are:
No clear plan as to how we play when we don't have possession;
There is no 1st nor 2nd defender at the point of attack and the balance is all over the field;
Even if we outnumber our opponents in midfield we end up as spectators in no man's land;
No assigned defensive screen;
Denzil Theobald is expected to do too much defensively;
Recovery is slow;
The back four is not sure what to do when the midfield breeched;
We have no head hunter.. the two face #10 had too much freedom
Kenwyn Jones was not effective he doesn't fit into this puzzle..just the basic function of being in the presence of the opposing sweeper obstructing his vision was never accomplished.
