Sharapova is just getting overpowered by Serena here.

This will be over quickly.

Hard to belive Serena is 31. Everyone else in tennis seems like 17

She wasn't playing much in her younger years after she won a few trophies. She didnt really take it seriously for a few years.Got injured alot and almost died. I think the near death experience a few years back, changed her view on life and how fortunate she is. Now she playing like a beast, she wants to win everything.

I feel nadal is 50% ability, 50% badmind.

Just like yesterday, this is more of a coronation than a contest.

... Doh want to start a new thread because tennis doesn't get a lot of traction here, but Serena is fighting for her life in this year's semis. Lost the first set (4-6); second set currently tied 1-1. She looks sluggish.

This is a MAJOR sports weekend. So much happening.

Credit to Serena ... she real had to battle to dig herself out of the hole. She did the same in the semi. At times, it's hard to distinguish her mental effort from her physical effort. Safarova real showed some forms; just like Bacinszsky in the semi. Nobody eh doing Serena any favours. She wukking hard for these victories.

She make it hard on herself.
She was up 4-1 in the 2nd, and after going down 5-4 still had the opportunity to serve for the match. She spit the bit, but luckily she get back her mojo in the 3rd.
