Guyana bowling attack is madness...and their batting team not bad either

I upset with us getting Bravo.. we should have had Pollard .. best Trini batsman in T20, great in the field and could bowl when he ready... more star power too

stupid decision to let him go Barbados...

Law 24.5 b) - Fair delivery (the feet): the bowler's front foot must land with some part of the foot, whether grounded or raised i) on the same side of the imaginary line joining the two middle stumps as the return crease described in a) above and ii) behind the popping crease.

When his foot landed the smallest bit of it was indeed behind the popping crease, so it was not a no ball... only just though. Pooran did well, but after that no one struck the ball as cleanly or consistently. Bravo can't bowl either over 19 or 20 for us unless it is in the 2nd innings and the team needs 50 or more to win. It is going to be difficult for the Red Steel to win this tournament when only 4 of our top players are on the team. I'll be in the Oval next month though.

Red Steel didn't have a choice in which West Indian player became the "franchise" player or whatever they're calling it. Maybe it's icon? That's where he was assigned so that's where he's playing. Emrit, Simmons, Pollard, Narine, Ramdin, Gabriel, Tadpole and Rampaul (now injured and out of CPL) were all rostered with other other teams.

Holding out on judging this new format even if Red Steel is more like Red Flacid. $ in the absence of proper planning is just as bad, will wait and see...

About 3 things happen bad. Bravo playing hero trying to bowl last over when he had the game under control. Bad fielding. And Good Guyana bowling.  The players we have are good players even Darren who does normally lash them was quiet.

No way we can win all these games to many variables and conditions. Need to play for the top 4 positions then see how it goes. New team so I suspect it will need time to gel.

Bravo is a KAKAHOLE!!!

Bravo is the person who sell out that game, the 18th over went for 16 runs and he still want to bowl the last. Men like cummins and Obrien still have 2 overs up they sleeve...
The man is a backside!

We get the worst captain. we should make a thread call "retire Dwayne Bravo"

Everybody try to correct yuh when say Trinidad was weakened by the loss of their best players, they tell you its about franchise and not about country, well just take a look at the caribbeancricket site and see how the rest of caribbean people are poking fun at Trinidadians, they are not saying that the Red Steel lost they are just having a bellyful of laughter at our expense,it is all about Trinis dis,dat and the other, yet they call we insular. They are a load of haters and is enjoying the fact that our players have made them better than us,i listen to these people and I'm sure they would like to see Trinidad dissapear int the Caribbean Sea,ungrateful set ah so and so.It now looks like a conspiracy to make sure that the TT franchise do not make it into the top 2 teams, even the replacements we got are not up to our own players like Mohammed,Khan,Barath,Richards etc.Just recall 2 umpiring mistakes last night when Narine got Bravo with a no-ball and Franklin was given not out from the run out.I dont think we have a sensible captain he may be a very good player but as captain he sucks.

Never visited that site. And never heard of it before this cricket forum. Leave them be. Like I say is only the first game.

Frico Barath on red steel team.

Edit. I also believe their was inside politics in choosing Guillen over Lewis.

Drop Benn and put in Barath

Bravo gave away a total of 37 runs in his last two overs and we lost the game by what 19 runs,he needs to give up his bowling at the death, for right now,he had other options,Cummings 2 for 9,he had O' Brian,he has to show some faith in other members of his team and remember there is no I in the word team

Bravo needs to give up bowling, fullstop!

Lewis is better than barath and guilen, he should play over jacobs. It is politics with gulien
Yeah benn is a piece of crap, His ball doesnt turn, all he gets is a bit of extra bounce...
