Kenwyne Jones in good company when it comes to scoring goals
The SentinelKENWYNE Jones has matched a little-known record after bagging three goals in two internationals over the past week.
His strikes against the United Arab Emirates and Saudi Arabia swelled his total for Trinidad & Tobago to eight in all while at Stoke.
And that equals the record for most international goals by a player while employed by Stoke.
He now stands on a par with Sir Stanley Matthews and Freddie Steele after their pre-war exploits in an England shirt while still on the Stoke payroll.
Sir Stan's goals came in the period 1934-38 against Wales (in three different matches), Czechoslovakia (a hat-trick), Germany and Northern Ireland.
