Deeks Geronne is a sprinter in the US with Trini heritage. She now runs for Trinidad. She started the indoor season well last year but I think she may have picked up a lil injury because her form didn't transfer well in the latter indoor stages and outdoors.

MLA is seemingly maturing. Let's hope she can stay healthy because I feel she can really set herself up to be a finalist in next world champs. One goal should be to consistently run sub 23 outdoors. With these 60's her start is coming now just the speed endurance. Let's hope KAB and Semoy make a speedy return because our 4x1 could be a real medal contender as we have been so close these last few years.

Unless Lendore is limited by NCAA rules or important championship meets on his schedule, it seems that we have a medal contending 400m and 4x400m team with his, Lalonde Gordon's, Rene Quow's and Jarrin Solomon's form. Add Michelle Lee Ahye to the mix for a small but potent team.

Don't know about that, Ethiopia's Genzebe Dibaba (Tirunesh's little sister) just broke her 3rd world indoor record in the last month and almost became the first woman to go sub-9 minutes in the 2 mile. Added to that France's Renaud Lavillenie just broke Bubka's 20 year old indoor pole vault record (which incidentally is higher than his outdoor record), jumping 20' 2" on his first attempt, in Bubka's hometown of Donetsk in the Ukraine.
