 I counted 9 for Russia and 1   for the Soviet union
 The   Americans are the biggest cheaters and the Huffington    post has demonized Russia prior and during  these games .
 They have an agenda.
 Americans are still the leading cheaters

And what do you base that statement on? Just personal animus or do you have proof - statistics or otherwise?
