Jumbie Jam - beginner steel pan ((thoughts??))

Greetings! 

This is Mrs. Andre and we are thinking about getting a beginner steel pan for our daughter (age 3 - and well I am sure Mr. Andre will be playing with it too - ha ha ha).  I can't find anything else comparable on the internet.  Do you guys think this thing is worthwhile?

Amazon have quite a few.Pink ones too.
But I think invest in a real one since you would keep for forever.I think amazon has one.
