First, this guys amazing ability doesn't mean that he can actually play professional football (which may be why he's performing on the street)
However, it's a real shame that a guy with this talent is reduced to street performing (although there are many people who earn very good living from the street!). Surely, there must be a place within football for someone like him? He's a real entertainer and would be great to have at coaching schools, community events etc.
