Lalonde Gordon ran 20.71 on Valentines Day in the 200m at the 2015 BU David Hemery Valentine Invitational to go to 7th position on the Indoor World 200m Top List for 2015. http://www.iaaf.org/records/toplists/sprints/200-metres/indoor/men/senior/2015

Lalonde also holds the 200m BU Invitaional Meet record which he set in 2012.

That's still a very good season opener. In still conditions that's equivalent to 11.06s... She's ready to run this year. Pray she stay's healthy

KAB better be ready to take her on and that would only bode well for our team as a whole. My hope is when these world class athletes retire they can set up training camps in Trinidad and really develop track and field.

By my calculations MLA would have run 11.08s in still-wind conditions.

Off topic here, but I am looking forward to see the young American sprinters Brommell and Friday emerge on the senior front of Track later this year. Hopefully see them in some International meets. Two talented sprinters who will pose a threat to the young Caribbean athletes in years to come once they remain healthy

Indeed. Lendore is not the same as last year. I think he will pull thru and claim his final ncaa title in the end. Not sure of he has a 44.3 in him. But I wouldn't be surprised if he pulls of something similar.

Wow, Grenada 1-2 and a big PR for Taplin.

I think this is just the fire under the pants Lendore needs to stop the idiotic, be-all-he-can-be TOOL Texas A&M is using him for.

Hopefully he'll focus on his speed endurance hence forth and get his season back on track by NCAAs and beyond.
