Sorry, that doesn't pass for an excuse. A relay leg is nothing but a warm-up at this level. Some guys will go onto the warm-up track and blast a flying 90, some will jump into a relay to get the juices flowing. I did give some credit for the short turnaround between the 100m and 200m, but the time is still poor.

So KAB is now a hurdler like her compatriot Josanne Lucas?!! 13.04 is a decent time for her first time doing 100m hurdles competitively outdoors and places her at no.15 in the world top list for 2015. If KAB can keep improving on her hurdling technique between now and Rio 2016 then don't be surprised to see her in the Olympics 100m hurdles final and pressing for a medal based upon her speed between the hurdles.
