RIP, Mr. Lequay. Genuine Trini. Did not agree  with  his  politics most of the time, but he was and avid sports enthusiast and very good administrator. Especially in cricket. Correct me if I am wrong, he was one of the group of people who came up with the idea of the cricket center in Balmain. RIP Trini man.

Yea the cricket center was his idea. Administrator to the end he blamed the players for India tour fiasco.

I interviewed him years ago.

He was certainly dedicated to TT cricket.

Yes the Balmain Academy was based on his efforts and was a cornerstone of his Presidency.
