Is the 89 game up there just because of historic reasons? because as a T&T supporter that could never be close to an entertaining game

1994- Shell Caribbean cup vs Martinique

For me, one of the most exciting games I ever witnessed T&T play was as a teenager at the National stadium to watch T&T Strike Squad vs Guatemala on September 3rd 1989.  All of us at the stadium were jam-packed and decked-out in red...the place was real rocking.  The atmosphere was one of hope and national pride and all kinda' good vibes.

Anyway, so Guatemala scored the first goal against the run of play...but then we tied. 

After what seemed like a possible lost cause of settling for a draw, and losing out on gaining ground point-wise to secure one of the top two spots in the Hex (or whatever we called it back then...lol), we then scored the winner in injury time, with a BULLET from Kerry Jamerson, just before the referee blew his whistle to end the game. 

That stadium ERUPTED!!!

Yeah, ah look it up. We lost 3-2, but I remember after that game we was buzzing about how great de team play and how much we deserved better. We thought Latas was de man after that.

That was in 1999, and T&T actually won that game 4-3.

T&T vs Norway, 1997 I think.
0-2 down early. Latas went on one of his Jordan-esque performances to win the game 3-2 in the Oval.
Given the wider context (Norway ranked 4th in the world at the time), perhaps the most impressive result we have ever had, up there with the sweden 06 game.
