Congrats to All Stars. I see this International Competition as American Basketball team playing in the Olympics. If or when a T&T steel pan band fail to win the competition it will be a BIG upset

I've got first hand information from Boogie Sharpe who is in London to arrange for the the Mangrove Steelband for the London 2015 Panorama that most if not all of the foreign bands which took part in the competition in T&T were supplemented by T&T players to make up the numbers and he personally described the competition as a sham because of that rule which allowed them to supplement foreign bands with T&T players.
Boogie's band Phase II Pan Groove placed 4th in the International Panorama competition.
