KAB was 3rd in 11.15. I think she may have been in better form if she was with Ato. I feel as if her 2011 form was her best and she hasn't been able to replicate that since. I think our only hope is the 4x100m this year.

Race videos featuring TTO athletes in Jamaica this weekend.

Not a bad run by Kelly-Ann Baptist (11:15) in Jamaica this weekend for 3rd place in 100m.

Shelly Ann Fraser Pryce 11.08 100m Women's Racers Grand Prix 2016
<a href="https://www.youtube.com/v/82lZJJRRDgM" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer" class="bbc_link bbc_flash_disabled new_win">https://www.youtube.com/v/82lZJJRRDgM</a>

T&T National Trials should see a keen contest between Kelly-Ann Baptist, Michelle-Lee Ahye, Semoy Hackett and Khalifa St. Fort for the top 3 places to run the 100m in Rio. Lets also not forget about Kai Selvon and Reyare Thomas.

If all goes well our Women's 4x100m team will be very strong medal contenders in Rio.

Also nice 400m win by Machel Cedenio in Jamaica this weekend.

Machel Cedenio 44.37 Men's 400m Racers Grand Prix 2016
<a href="https://www.youtube.com/v/Q-Zh-6XBmdQ" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer" class="bbc_link bbc_flash_disabled new_win">https://www.youtube.com/v/Q-Zh-6XBmdQ</a>

T&T National Trials should see a keen competition between Machel Cedenio, Deon Lendore and Lalonde Gordon for the top 3 places to run the 400m in Rio. Lets also not forget about Renny Quow and Jarrin Solomon who are both capable of fast sub-45 times as well.

If all goes well our T&T Men's 4x400m team will be very strong medal contenders in Rio.

Keshorn threw his 3rd longest throw a few weeks back. I think he is in top 5 on iaaf list .

Jehue is well off. In fact the times he is running now are similar to what he was running when he was 16. Moreover, I believe he does not even have the Olympic standard for this year. In other words, he might not be in Rio.

Nice to see Cedenio maintaining his form. A big drop is usually preceded by this kind of consistency. Hopefully it comes in the Rio final.

Terrible race here from Hackett in Edmonton. I would have expected her to at least compete for 2nd place in this race, lets hope she is not injured.

RT did not look good in 100m Heats at London DL this evening. Hope he can get back into sub-10 form in time for Rio in two weeks time.

45.34 for Lendore. Was in the race for about 330m, but faltered when it came time to press. Had no answer for th eventual winner.

MLA second in her heat in 11.03(-1.3m/s) and the best I have seen her look from a mechanical standpoint this year.

Lendore 2nd in the Men's 400m at London DL today. I was hoping that he would finally go sub-45 and prove that he is gearing into his best PB shape just in time for Rio.

Sub-45 might be required in Rio just to progress out of the 400m Heats into the Semi Finals so Lendore needs to improve and get into sub-45 shape if he plans to be a factor in the Men's 400m in Rio.

MLA goes sub-11 in the final for 2nd place. Looking reasonably good for Rio.

On a related note both Ivory Coast and Great Britain will give us some serious competition in the Women's 4x100m Relay for the 3rd spot unless we lift our game and are prepared to go mid 41.xx in the 4x100m Final as the GB 4x100m Relay Women's team set a new NR, MR and WL of 41.81 in the London DL Women's 4x100 Relay yesterday.

I suspect SAFP will perform much better in Rio as she is coming off an injury.

The GB 4x100m Men also set a WL of 37.78 today and I am hoping that the TTO Men's 4x100m Team can at least match them time wise with our current leg speed so we can contend for a Men's 4x100m medal in Rio.
