He attends and competes for UTech in Jamaica.
He led off for them in the 4x100m relay in this year's Penn Relays.

Most likely he's been injured based on this year's posted times below - they are way below his best:

Well if he's at UTECH, that means he's a defacto MVP member aka under Stephen Francis or at least his brother Paul.
