Anthony Dexter Faustin Going Home
« on: October 28, 2016, 01:26:29 PM »

Forumites, especially those who went Tranquil in the early 70s, may have known Dexter. He passed yesterday around 1:30am in Baltimore. He had stage 4 cancer. Was paralyzed from the waist down. He played when Tranquil got promoted to the old div 1.CFL. He also played for Malvern after leaving school. He played for a number of teams in Baltimore (where he resided) and Washington. Good player with excellent first touch. I can attest to that. His funeral is tomorrow 10:30am in Baltimore. He was from the Paramin-Maraval area. RIP Dex. I will be there for the farewell. God Bless.

He had an excellent first touch and gave Tranquil and Malvern 100%. I knew him in 1974 , he had a heart of Gold.
May he rest in Peace and rise in glory.

Sorry to hear about Dexter's passing.  He was a really nice guy.  He was one of Baltimore's top players.  RIP, brother!
