One benchmark tends to be whether titles have been won or not. A review of title-winning coaches in the domestic league would not exclude TF.
So Ricky Hill, Michael McComie, Derek King, and James McLean have just as valid a claim as Fenwick.
I suspect the good folk at CS Vise in the Belgian Second Division might not be so enamored seeing that he "led" them to relegation in his only season there.

The CS Vise situation constitutes an apples and oranges comparison for various reasons.
This thread was started with a limited question in mind: would Fenwick have rendered a better performance than Saintfiet
in the context of CFU qualifying.
IMV, for multiple reasons, the response is "yes".
As I stated on another thread, TF is a credible and unsurprising candidate.
