The push into youth development is very positive. I have been watching the youth series on Sundays.
The modern game is a bit different from times past therefore we have to get it right at the youth level.

In youth development TIME and SPACE are the two most important factors for their development. These two factors affect their SPEED of PLAY.

We cant have young kids playing full field 11 v 11.

Mr Technical Director it's quite simple to do your research and find out the appropriate field size for the age group...if you can't find the information inbox me and I will be happy to provide it.

I have had more that one interaction with Mr. Anton Corneal and he is not in favor of 11v11 at youth level. Hopefully he makes that necessary changes sooner rather than later.

What about the substitution rule, do they allow unlimited subs where players can go in and out?
