Forumites, just want to pass the news that Dana Philips went home on New Year’s. Dana originally from Tobago, spent considerable time in Belmont due to his father being a police inspector. Very good footballer. Think he played for Signal Hill. Need to check that. He went a Howard. Did very well academically. Did not play football. But played for All Stars, one of the Trini Washington based team. Guys, Dana was one of the nicest Trinbagonian around. Forumites, the Trinbagonian community, especially the football in shock. Last Saturday all of us was at a going away for Ingrid Smith(wife of Jeff Smith, another Trinbagonian baller in DC). Come Jan 2nd we hearing this news. We in pain. But life must go.
