Bledman is far off from his best. I can't remember the last time he placed in a race.

Gardiner is going to be hard to beat in the 200m and 400m.

Jereem is getting used to life as a professional. He'll be a regular sub 20 soon.

TT athleletes did not do to badly. I saw Michelle run against Miller. It was not bad either. But Miller is an Amazon. Barring injury, she can leave her mark on the 400 and 200.

It's a wonder that we keep producing 400m talent throughout the years. Well done. It's onwards and upwards from here. I pray he remains healthy esp for next 3 years as they are championship years. Keep improving

Our women's sprints seems to be increasing in depth. If Kayelle Clarke decides to compete as a professional athlete and can keep dropping her times that's a great addition to not only the 200 individual (just ran 22.82 pb at NCAA east prelims) but 4x100 too since she runs a solid 3rd leg. Zakiya Denoon just ran pbs 11.30 and 22.96 at the NCAA east prelims just hoping she continues to get better and better. She has shown steady improvement. If KAB can be her ever dependable self, MLA is healthy, Khalifa continues to improve. Then we just need one other solid leg together with a lot of practice to have a great shot at a medal. We have options now- Selvon, Hackett, Thomas, Durant, Denoon and Clarke...

Just read that Zharnel Hughes ran 9.91 in JA. Then they have another 100 man called Prescod. He is damn fast. Ran a 9.99 the other day. Where are our sprinters?

Section  2 Finals   Wind: 0.7
  1 Ahye, Michelle-Lee  92 Rebirth                  11.14 NS      10
  2 St. Fort, Khalifa   98 Unattached               11.23 NS       8
3 Denoon, Zakiyah     95 Zenith                   11.31 NS       6
  4 Hackett, Semoy      88 Zenith                   11.37 NS       5
  5 Thomas, Reyare      87 Abilene                  11.41 NS       4
  6 Spinks, Jenea       00 Concorde           11.46          3
  7 Clarke, Kayelle     96 PAP                      11.55          2
  8 Durant, Kamaria     91 Simplex

We are seeing the emergence of Zakiya Denoon at senior level, she ran an 11.21 PB in the heats. One more year at LSU and I believe she will be in the 11.0x range let's hope. That will be key for our relay. We need KAB back at her best though. Jenea Spinks again present in the 100m final bodes well for the future.

Excellent job by Andwuelle Wright for that 8.23m jump.

Kyle Greaux has great technique and I'm wishing him continued success. Wishing Keston Bledman a speedy recovery.

Nothing special from our top athletes this so far this 2018 season. Yes credit to MLA and Richards on the commonwealth gold medals but throughout the season our athletes failed to be consistent and gave us poor performances.

This is the games where the ones who are "overlooked" should excel. We will see?
