I thought this was going to be a case for KJ to come back as a player. .

Players are retiring later than before. Better training, science and technology is making their careers longer.

Look at LeBron. He still jumping all over the place and playing with intensity at 36. A man of that size playing a sport like basketball with all those physical demands, would have retired by 31. He spend 1M on his body. I am sure Messi and CR spending at least 200K on their fitness, nutrition and whatever else they need.
