On the TV6 news Fifa Vice President read a letter from the international Governing Body stating that the warriors have officially qualified for the finals in Germany. Thanx again Jack. Trinity Cross nominee for me too boy. True Warrior is dat man.

Just heard Jack Warner say that FIFA congratulates the Soca Warrior on quallfying for WC 06. I guess that close the door on the Bahrain "appeal".

He also said that the name of he team will revert to the "Soca Warriors" because corporate trini refused to use anything else. It's more like the Trinidad people refuse to use just Warriors.

At least everyone on this site know it's always been the Soca Warriors.

is true!i cah believe dey actually consider ever changing it to warriors...i heard d purpose of doing that was so ppl wudnt see us as having a PARTY MENTALITY...but u cah deny d truth- WE DO HAVE A PARTY MENTALITY...an we shud be proud of it!that is wat makes us such a BLESSED people!its this same attitude that has d new york times commending us for d way we graciously accepted our loss in '89 as opposed to a certain other country i wont mention...this same attitude that has given us a world wide reputation for bein a positive fuh loving people...this same attitude that provides our players wit inspiration on d field wen we wining an fetein an baulin an screamin in d stands...so im glad to see that FIFA has embraced Soca warriors  becuz dat really is watwe are,an wat we are proud to be!
