In recent years the secondary schools football team are either , good(quality) or just poor or medioca. Ther have been a number of outstanding teams as St.Anthony's , Naparima , At.Augustine , Mucarapo, Pres Changunas ..... and a number off poor team , Valencia , Presentation (Sando) , UCB etc..
So Who has been playing quality football throught recent years an maybe will be for years to come?

Seriously though it baffles me that St Mary's Fatima and QRC are so poor right now and have been for the better part of a decade yet the Southern Colleges are still competitive.

Anybody remember the days when John D and Sando Tech was beating up everybody with they hard back men playing SSFL?

Dis poll is ah joke. Ah never hear so much shite in all meh life...de national team have Shaka, Nakhid, Fitzpatrick, Sealy and somehow we fall off de map. I would argue dat Kevin Moze, Kona and Rocke was good enough for ah national call up at least. De hidden message dat is being sent is not a fair one and doh play yuh dunno wha ah talking about. Is de same crap about who protest about John D and Sando Tech etc. being out of de SSFL. Is ah school league and school requires academics...all dem time John D and Sixth Form was fielding over age players, dat get sweep under de rug conveniently. Somehow de story get twisted dat certain schools and classes of people cyah take de jamming and find ah way to make de football league easier fuh demself even though the pop distribution in de schools in question is more representative of us as a nation. Oh gosh allyuh is 2005. Stop living in a fantasy world.

I would like to say that it is not a city school but PTown who beating Malick in the final won the intercol title in 94 and have been in three finals.They play a nice brand and are well drilled.Yes St Anthonys deadly but the Green Hornets is the only school to give them a run.Coach Grovesnor (spelling) said one season that PTown was the only school that had the ability to challange them.
But as I said it is not a city school neither one with much resources thus...in many people eyes dey eh nobody!

Hear what. Just put a giant list with real plenty schools and let people decide for themselfves instead of choosing from one person's smaller top 13.

Hell it could even be in a tournament styling just for kicks. Have a big first list then take the top 8(or however many) vote getters into the next round of voting.

Could do it by zone too....different polls for the schools in the different zones then maybe take the best schools outta dat. Dat way people might vote for their own school but only for one zone and might be more objective voting in the other zones. Right now they just want to vote their own school and that's it.

I Apoliigise after further consideration QRC and St.Mary's should have been put on that list. But there are quality teams on that list all who have accomplished something recently in SSF.But from my opinion any off those teams in present for withthe exception of Arima and Vessigny could have beaten QRC and St.Mary's.

Eh, de man is a youth.
Might just be putting teams that have recent success...hadda be the only reason Vessigny dey.
