Port Vale England fans confusion
« on: November 26, 2005, 06:05:35 AM »
Some of them are not sure who to support in next years WOrld Cup finals.  This is a quote from onevalefan website forum

" A couple of us in Biddulph were thinking going to Germany to try to get into an England game or 2 next summer. But we are now thinking of going to see T&T. It will be a great experience, especially if "Me Mum" plays "

Thanks WestCoastTrini,  I'm just reading the history of T&T beautiful game.  By the way, Port Vale won today, we beat Southend 2-1, it seems that Port Vale is being blessed by some of the soca warrior spirit.

WELCOME TO THE  DISCUSSION FORUM PORTVALECHRIS.
I THINK YOUR SITUATION IS A DIFFICULT ONE BUT THE FINAL DECISION IS UP TO YOU. HOWEVER THERE IS AN OUTSIDE CHANCE FOR ANTHONY ROUGIER TO GET INTO THE SQUAD. SO THERE YOU GO ANOTHER PORT VALE CONNECTION AND THAT SHOULD BE ANOTHER RECORD.
IF HE DOES GO TO THE WORLD CUP IT WILL BE THE FIRST TIME  THAT  PAST AND PRESENT PORT VALE PLAYERS ARE IN THE SAME SQUAD.

JAH BLESS RASTAFARI

Welcome PortValeChris. Port Vale sounds like the coolest club. Treats our boys very well. Rougier paved the way for us there.

Rastafari, Nuff respect to you for bigging up Anthony Rougier and indicating that he has a chance to make the squad. One thing I know. Beenie knows class when he sees class and indirectly he gets vibes from this board. Rougier for a defensive spot!

Lastly, Redditch Valiant, you are a class act in your unwavering support for the Warriors. It's great to see club and country both sharing a stake in this and drawing enjoyment from the journey.

Go Warriors!
Supportin' de Warriors right tru.

Awww, thanks, mate!  ;D

Unlike Jimmy, I'M going to be supporting YOU guys next year! Players who want to play for their country, not players who want to play for their country but only if they got a massive cash sum to do it (greedy b@st@rds!)

I would not expect you to back Trinidad over England anymore than you would expect me to back England over Trinidad.

But best wishes to both our teams and may we both enjoy the games!
