I would like to see Wise get a run out and a fair trial with the team.

I remember him playing a good left back at Tampa Bay, and wondered about trying him in that position.

Didnt Beenie say a few weeks ago that Wise was not ready for this level?
That being said I too would like to see him after being in camp with the guys for some training under Beenie.

I dont see ANY other tnt footballer who is needed on top of the ones we already have.
However i do believe that despite having birchall, Angus Eve would be a good sub considering he is very good with free kicks, corners and live ball crosses. He also still has 'some'  pace.
since ah born or at least circa Copa Caribe

The Problem with Wise is that he cannot defend in transition as required by a midfielder !
I have seen him play in his prime and he didnt improve. I dont know what is his current staus or form .Football is more than beatsing down the flanks !
I think Rougier could be a good addition depending on his mental state and playing form !i

Searching through the threads I found this one...almost prophetic, would you say?
