Stokely Vale, the Tobago Football Association Premier Division champions, blanked South zone champions Siparia Spurs, 2-0 in their encounter at the Plymouth Recreational Ground, Tobago while Eastern Football Association kings Valtrin eked out a 1-0 win over Northern Football Association’s Petit Valley United at Squadron Ground, Tunapuna.
