The Next Level Consulting (NLC), Limited U19 Community Invitational Tournament Committee in consultation with the participating teams, match officials. members of the media, security personnel, and other key stakeholders, took the immediate decision to move the tournament Third place and Championship final games this Sunday, February 16th to the Mayaro Recreation Ground.

Tournament Public Relations Officer (P.R.O.), Mrs. Germaine Jordan stated, “With Kiddies Carnival scheduled to be in Marabella on Sunday, and several streets around Mannie Ramjohn Stadium closing to drive through traffic, the tournament committee felt it in the best interest of all parties to make the move to Mayaro. We apologize for any inconvenience caused, but expect many of the fans to join us in Mayaro to support all of our talented teams.”

The inaugural NLC Limited U19 Championship final will feature Deportivo P.F. Youths from Point Fortin playing against the undefeated home team, MaGuaya United.

On Saturday, in front of a packed Mayaro Recreation audience, giant killers Deportivo P.F. Youths knocked off previously undefeated Gasparillo Youths 1-0 in their early semi-final clash, with SSFL MVP Jaiye Sheppard scoring the lone item. While MaGuaya United, with a double from Isa Bramble, defeated a plucky D.C.S. / Dass Trace team by a 3-1 scoreline to earn their place in the first ever Next Level Consulting, Limited U19 Community Invitational Tournament Finale.

Fans planning to attend the Mayaro doubleheader this Sunday will be able to see some of the 2019 stars of the Secondary Schools Football League like MVP, Jaiye Sheppard, Naparima College stars Isa Bramble, Decklan Marcelle, as well as, former Naparima College standouts Nickel Rawlins and Reynaldo McIntosh

The Third place game of

- Gasparillo Youths v D.C.S. / Dass Trace kicking off at 1:45PM

Will be followed by the Championship Final featuring

- MaGuaya United v Deportivo P.F. Youths which begins at 3:45PM

Gates open at 1PM, with an admission of only twenty dollars ($20). Children under 12 are FREE.

Teams in the tournament are vying for cash prizes sponsored by Next Level Consulting, Limited, as well as, the Championship trophy, medals, and other prizes, while the Most Valuable Player (MVP) of the tournament will be going on trial in the Canadian Professional League with the Halifax Wanderers.
