FC 1 recorded back-to-back wins in the Premier Division of the Media 21 Northern Football Association on Sunday when round-two matches were contested on the Queen’s Park Savannah. FC 1, which turned back Paragon 3-1 in its opener, defeated first-timer University of Southern Caribbean 3-2 in a Group A fixture.

RSSR, an upset 1-0 winner over defending champion Petit Valley United last week, whipped Morvant Elements 2-0 to also remain unbeaten. In Group B, newcomer West Side, of Cocorite, got past Queen’s Park 2-0 with goals by Alvaughn Downes and Raymond St Clair.
