The result means Presentation go back top of the South standings, after Naparima College suffered a 5-1 loss to Shiva Boys Hindu College at Penal.
Shakiel Henry hit five goals past Vessigny goalkeeper Lennox George, including a first half hat-trick, while he was assisted by Amare Thomas's brace.
The 4-0 scoreline at half-time was deserved and reflective of Presentation's dominance, but coach Shawn Cooper might not have been satisfied with some close-range misses by his team.
Thomas started off with a couple of those, but dragged wide of the far post early on and missed again a few minutes later.
Vessigny did have one or two good attacking runs, principally by Khadeem Charles down the right side, but they could get nothing on target.
Henry got "Pres" on the scoresheets in the 18th minute, beautifully taking down a long ball out of defence and finishing to the left of George, who might have done a little bit more to get a hand to the ball.
It took Presentation almost that long and a number of misses to hit the net again, this time Henry again collecting a long diagonal pass from right back Anthony Charles and finishing at the near post.
By half-time that advantage had doubled after Thomas finished a pass from Henry in the 41st on the second attempt, before Henry himself capped off a nice solo run on the right with a dribble and tap-in.
Vessigny had one good run after the break, again by Charles, but Pres were the ones on the scoresheet with a great blast by Thomas from 20 metres out, giving George no chance.
Henry then hit net again for Pres in the 69th and 73rd to make it 7-0, both with solo runs and neat finishes.
Vessigny spent the final 15 minutes defending and it was Presentation savouring the final whistle.
