W CONNECTION remained atop the points standings in the Reserve Division of the Digicel Pro League, after earning a narrow 1-0 win over North East Stars last Wednesday.

The result ensured that Connection continued their 100-percent win streak, while North East slipped from second to third in the points standings.

That match was the latter of back-to-back matches at the Ato Boldon Stadium in Couva, with TTEC and cellar-placed San Juan Jabloteh battling to a 1-1 draw in the earlier game.

Another double-header was staged, this time at the Larry Gomes Stadium in Arima.

St Ann’s Rangers spanked Police 3-0 in the first encounter while Caledonia AIA jumped to second spot by virtue of a 2-2 draw against Defence Force.
