STEVON STOUTE registered a hat-trick as Cunupia FC trounced Enterprise Youths FC 8-2 on Thursday in the Ramsingh Sports World- sponsored Central Football Association (CFA) FA Cup.
In the opening match of a doubleheader at the New Settlement Ground in Caroni, Stoute found the back of the net in the 25th, 52nd and 56th minutes.
Dillon Walker contributed a pair, in the 58th and 70th minutes, while Denron Frederick (19th), Lester Joseph (74th) and Kerry Daniel (79th) added one apiece for Cunupia.
Akeem James got both goals for Enterprise, in the 26th and 81st minutes.
In Thursday’s second fixture, Harlem Strikers blanked Xtra Foods Chaguanas FC 4-0 courtesy of a treble from Karem Paul (58th, 72nd and 83rd) and one from Runel Lynch (87th).
The semi-final round will take place tomorrow at Frederick Settlement in Caroni, with Harlem meeting Arawak Combined FC at 6 pm while, two hours later, Cunupia will be facing Enterprise Life Sport.
