Be ready for down to 10C at night, up in the 20-25C in the day. Could be hotter some days but you never know. A light jacket, training top should be good.

you familiar with frankfurt? i looking for a grocery as our hotel room witll have a kitchenette with a microwave. we into healthy (bodybuilder-type) food such as grilled chicken, grilled turkey, brown rice, etc.

what grocery chains should we look for?

I'm sure you'll find something. Don't know Frankfurt that good. Must be some health food "Whole foods" type somewhere though. "Health food" is called "Reformkost", health food store is "Reformhaus" Probably also find stuff at pharmacies "Apotheke"
