Play stopped in the Blackburn - Wigan game because of a chicken on the field.
Can this season get any better?

Chicken was clearly offside.
I like how the colour commentator on Sky Sports just stop talking and start to laugh.

Blackburn owned by Venky's, a chicken processing company. It might be the wigan fans bring it.

Q: Why did the chicken cross the pitch?
A: Because he f***ing hates Steve Kean.

I was expecting a spirited relegation zone battle.
Instead we get a wet lower-table bore.

Looks like it would be another BBW going down to the Championship again, just like last year! Guess that's how they like them down there  :D

With Chelsea's loss today, Newcastle gets the Europa League spot at the very least. Of course, if they win their next match and results go their way, this could end up being a success beyond this club's wildest dreams.

The fact that Newcastle is in Europe considering this club was in the Championship not too long ago is quite an acheivement.

Let Newcastle haul they ass... for how they treat Chris Hughton, as long as Mike Ashley is owner ah hope they suck friggin salt.

The scene is set for an eventful day.

Will the former Man City manager and former Man Utd player come back to achieve the ultimate payback to his former employer and to gain a huge measure of satisfaction against the man who replaced him?

Will Man Utd benefit from a City loss or draw and win the title on the last day in dramatic fashion, further cementing the legend that is Sir Alex Ferguson?

We shall see...

For me the title battle is the most compelling because of all the subplots involved. Hughes, his former employer, the man who replaced him, his former manager from his old club, the club which is challenging City for the title and bragging rights in the city.

This is the most exiting part of the day for me.

I cyah believe I have to contend with a faulty internet stream because fox soccer cyah get its act together (I don't have espn2).

Nothing better than this day of the season.

All 10 games playing same time.

9 goals in less than 15 minutes have to be some kinda record. the 2nd halves will be pressure
THE WARRIORS WILL NOT BE DENIED.
