11.15 is damn good for an 18/19 year old. The wind was not legal. However it is still a good result.

Overall excellent results. I thought MC would have run under 48. Nonetheless, he will be on fire next year. Watch out for DL. This guy is overlooked, but he has loads of promise.

Deon just came second in the 400. Lead the race until about 250m, but the US youth pulled away from him down the homestretch beating him 46.14 to 46.50.

Will be back at the games tomorrow. Very hot and humid. There was lightening and they called the games. There was a later start to the evening session. Nice crowds, most Jamaicans and Canadian and American parents.
