Senior goalkeeper Wagner Dacosta (Santos, Brazil/IASP) had three saves in a shutout performance for the Rams, while Isiah Munoz had notched five saves for the Firebirds.
Shepherd improves to 4-2-0, while UDC falls to 1-6-0. The Rams return to action on Tuesday when they travel to Concord for a 4 p.m. conference matchup.
